Abby is a Litigation Paralegal with over 17 years of experience in the legal field. She has extensive legal experience with a primary focus on complex personal injury and medical cases.
Prior to pursuing a career in the legal field, Abby studied Nursing and worked in the healthcare industry. While she transitioned careers, Abby had the opportunity to stay home and raise her children. At the same time, she also attended Central Texas College to obtain her Paralegal Studies degree.
Throughout her years as a Litigation Paralegal, Abby has prepared cases for trial by organizing and building evidence in complex trial software program databases. She also has experience assisting in the presentation of evidence on behalf of clients in trials in Missouri, Kansas and the federal court systems. Abby enjoys utilizing her medical background to better understand our client’s injuries, as well as being an advocate and assisting the attorneys throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys traveling, reading, thrifting, and spending time with her family. Her most recent travel adventure was heading to New York City on a whim with absolutely no plans, which she greatly enjoyed!
